Scanlans have been appointed as Agent on a development site in Plymouth

We have been appointed to market a site suitable for redevelopment purposes, lying to the edge of Plymouth City Centre and within 0.7 miles of the University. 

The site, fronting the Crescent, extends to 1.5 acres.

Historic planning consent for the site had a 31 storey Tower Block with uses including 2 Hotels, Student Accommodation, Residential Leisure and Retail.

Whilst the planning is extant, it is expected that the Planners will welcome a mixed use development scheme.
