Neil Inman BSc, MRICS, IRRV(Hons), FNARANeil is a Partner in our Birmingham office and heads up the Receivership Team. He also has extensive experience of development appraisals and commercial valuations and is a RICS Registered Property Receiver. |

Andrew Holmes BSc(Hons) MRICS, FNARAAndrew is a Partner in our London office, specialising in residential valuations and development appraisals. He is also a RICS Registered Property Receiver. |

Tony Mancini BSc, MRICSTony is a Partner in our Building Surveying Department providing advice to a wide client base on all building surveying related matters. He has run a number of large projects involving stock condition transfers of schemes involving up to 10,000 properties. |

Ian Stanistreet FRICSIan is based in Manchester and heads up our Property Management Department. He provides advice on all aspects of commercial and residential property management. |

Simon Andrew BSc, MRICSSimon is a Partner who has practised exclusively in the residential field since joining the Practice in 1984. He undertakes surveys and valuations of all types of residential property and is a member of the RICS Expert Witness Registration scheme. |

Paul Long BSc, MRICS, FNARAPaul is a Partner responsible for our Leeds office. Having over 20 years experience of the Yorkshire propety market dealing with valuation, acquisition and disposal of a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Recently Paul has gained experience in dealing with properties in receivership and regularly accepts Expert Witness appointments surrounding potentially negligent valuations and other claims. |
